Refund policy

We do not currently allow returns; however, we are willing to discuss any and all concerns to rectify any issues. Please contact us via email revelinroyalty@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please attach your receipt or proof of purchase and a detail message regarding your issue, concern or question. Please allow for 1-2 business days for a reply. Our customer service team are happy and willing to help. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to help all of the members of our Royal Kingdom!


Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
